  • In case you received a faulty product contact support via Website Contact Query, or our Telegram Support, and we will send you replacements and fix the issues effective immediately, but all sales are final, hence no refunds will be asked.

Coverage:

  • Cluster Logs provides a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • This lifetime warranty is non-transferable and is only valid to the original purchaser.

Limitations: This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Any modifications or repairs not performed by Cluster Logs or an authorized dealer.
  • This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue.

Claim Process: To make a claim under this lifetime warranty, the original purchaser must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Contact Cluster Logs's customer service to initiate the claim.
  • Follow the instructions provided by customer service, which may include returning the defective Product for inspection.
  • Cluster Logs reserves the right to replace the defective Product with a product of equal or greater value or offer a full refund at our discretion.
